On-site set-up and training at customer's facility
In a few weeks Ben and Sudeep are scheduled to go out to a customer site to set-up a DVR Express Core recording system. They will also be training the engineers on how to set-up and run the recording system, as well as how to troubleshoot any issues that could arise.
“We offer a complete solution to the customer,” said Ben, “In this case the system is a big investment for the customer and their requirements included on-site set-up and training.”
Quality control includes testing the system in-house to make sure all of the components are working as they should be before taking it to the customer. This way, if any hardware or software issues arise they can be addressed before going to the customer.
